Ayesha Arend

Ayesha is a Director of Gillespie and Associates and an Executive Member of the Cape Town Attorneys Association.

 She has a well-established, balanced practice and heads the Debt Collections department, dealing with, inter alia, sequestrations, liquidations, and evictions. With the support of her team, Ayesha delivers efficient and sound solutions when it comes to collecting debt.

 As a mother of two, Ayesha is also passionate about Family Law with a particular focus on maintenance disputes, protection orders, as well as uncontested and contested divorces. Given the sensitive nature of Family Law matters, Ayesha adopts an empathetic approach, whilst remaining strategic and delivering solutions that are in the best interests of the client and the family unit.

When Ayesha is not dedicating herself to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, whether through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or the courts, she is enjoying precious moments outdoors with her loved ones.
